Expect miracles! Whatever path you’ve taken has led you to this moment, and together we will explore what’s next.

We are all unique human beings on our own journey, so no two sessions will be the same. In each session, I will hold space as you share and offer reflection and guidance throughout. I promise you will be seen and heard. We will dance with the past and future, while the present moment takes the lead.

Part of what makes my sessions so transformational is my ability to meet you where you’re at. If you are new to opening up, scared of vulnerability, or already have experience doing self-work, I’ve got you. I’ll use a blend of methods, including The Adult Chair® model, to give you tools and guidance to transform.
